Policies:
Rates are based on up to 4 guests and subject to 12% Fl tax.
Extra guests are welcome at $100/guest/week.
Good dogs welcome with a cleaning fee of $100 for single or multiple weeks.
A $200 credit card deposit reserves a villa. Either call with your credit card info or email a phone number where you can be reached. You will receive an email confirmation when we have your deposit.
